Arbor - For communication & reporting
Arbor is the new platform we have recently transferred to for parent/carer communications, attendance and reporting, as well as other administrative tasks within school. We hope that over time, this will provide a more streamlined system both within school and for communication, and a reduced number of log-ins.
Why have we moved to Arbor?
Arbor will allow us to communicate with you more efficiently and bring key school systems, such as attendance, payments, and communications, into one place. This will result in a reduction in the number of systems we use and minimise the need for parents to log on to multiple systems.
How do I get started with using Arbor?
You should have received a welcome email from Arbor (last term for existing students, more recently for new starters). This will have been sent to the email address we hold on record for you.
To activate your account, if you have not already done this, go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? Follow the instructions to set your password
You can also download the Arbor Parent App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Where can I find step-by-step help with using the app?
The following link (which opens in a new window) takes you to the parent page of the Arbor website and will give you information about how to get started, including how to download and use the Arbor app. If you have any difficulties with using any aspect of the system or any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school.

What information will be shared via Arbor? What will it be used for?
Attendance Data:
We are now using Arbor to record and share attendance information. Once your account is activated, you will be able to view and monitor your child’s attendance directly through the Parent Portal or App.
Payments:
All payments will be made through the Arbor Parent Portal. This replaces the previous ParentMail payment system.
You will be able to:
- Pay for trips and clubs
- Top up meal accounts
- View any existing balances (which will have been transferred to Arbor by this date)
Student Reports:
We will provide further information about accessing reports via Arbor in the Autumn term of 2026/27.
(Homework and Behaviour will remain on Satchel: We will continue to use Satchel to set homework and also record rewards as well as behaviour logs.)
